Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Where do you ship and what does it cost?
We ship to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland . Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free freight over 15000 SEK
How long does delivery take?
Today we ship directly from our factory in 3-5 days. In October order will be shipped from Gotheburg. Orders placed before 11.am on business days are dispatched same day. Delivery normally takes 1 business days within sothern Sweden and 2 business days to the other Nordic countries.
How do I track my order?
You can follow your shipment in the SHOP app.
What is your return policy?
Unopened rolls in original packaging with the LOT number intact can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To get a credit note for the returned roll you have to get a return number from us for the return to be valid. Always send an e-mail to info@fsenordic.com before sending anything back. Cut, partially used or custom-ordered film cannot be returned.

Who can buy from FSE Nordic?
We sell to businesses only. A valid company registration number is required to open an account.
Are your prices including VAT?
All prices are shown excluding VAT. Swedish customers are charged 25% VAT at checkout.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order — single rolls can be ordered.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with all common credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. With Klarna you can choose the payment terms that is best for you.
Do you offer volume or dealer pricing?
Yes. Contact info@fsenordic.com for volume pricing and dealer terms. If you are a frequent buyer you have a discount.
Can I order a custom length?
Today No. All products have a cap sheet for protection and to be able to rewind a roll we have to remove the cap sheet. This can damage the top coat and is not something we do at the moment.
Do you hold stock in the Nordics?
From October 2026 there will be stock for volume products. Special colors in our SHIFT series can be ordered and delivered direct from the factory to you in 3-5 working days.

What is the difference between clear PPF and colour PPF?
Clear PPF is a transparent TPU film that protects the original paint from stone chips, scratches and chemical staining while keeping the factory finish intact. You can also chose Satin or Matte finish to to give your vehicle a new look. Colour PPF gives the vehicle a new gloss-, matte- or metallic color and protects it at the same way as Clear PPF — it is considerably thicker and more durable than a standard PVC vinyl wrap, and it self-heals.
What are the technical specifications of your film?
Full specification sheets are available on each product page and on request. Here you can find all specifications like thickness in mil/µm, base material, topcoat type, elongation and tensile strength per product line.
Is your film wet-apply or dry-apply?
Most of our products is Wet Apply. If the product is possoble to Dry Apply it is stated on the product.
What roll sizes do you sell, and how much film does one vehicle require?
Standard rolls are 1,52 15 m length. As a guideline, a full body about 15 m linear metres, depending on the vehicle. If you have a wider car you use Joker Wide that is 1,82 x 15 m.
Do you sell samples or swatch books?
If you need a sample book please contact us at info@fsenordic.com and we will send you one. Sample box can be ordered on the website. If you need small samples of a product contact us at info@fsenordic.com
Can the film be applied over vinyl wrap or repainted panels?
The film is designed for original factory paint. Application over aftermarket paint or wrap is possible but is not covered by the warranty. If you choose to apply on refinished panels it should cure for at least 30 days before installation. PPF applied over an existing vinyl wrap can be done. The FSE warranty applies to defects in the PPF material only and does not cover failure, degradation, lifting or damage of the underlying vinyl wrap or damage resulting from its removal.
What warranty does the film carry?
You can find the Warranty document on the bottom of the home page. Just above the footer.
How should film be stored?
Store rolls horizontally in original packaging at minimum 15 °C away from direct sunlight, and use within 12 months of the production date. Improper storage may affect adhesion and is not covered by warranty. Do not store the roll in the box without end caps. Be sure to tighten a used roll with tape to avoid tunneling.
